Cidade de Goa is the only 5 star beach resort in Goa that exudes Goan culture and hospitality. The name ‘Cidade de Goa‘ means "City of Goa "- the old name for Panjim- the capital of Goa . Tastefully designed like a small self contained hamlet, this resort depicts the true blend of Goan and Portuguese culture. Cidade de Goa is surrounded by 40 acres of lovely gardens and it borders a gently shelving beach with an absolute private character facing the Arabian Sea .  Cidade de Goa's location on the beach, its proximity to Goa 's capital city - Panjim, as well as all the other principal centers .Cidade de Goa is the only Five Star Deluxe Resort attached to the International Pilgrimage Centre of Old Goa. Cidade de Goa beach resort has 210 rooms. The rooms are divided into Deluxe rooms and Suite rooms. Deluxe rooms face the sea and have a double bed or twin bed. Each suite has a unique character of its own. The three suites are Vasco-Da-Gama, Panorama and Oceana.

Sirodhara : It is a treatment where medicated oil or other suitable medicines are poured in a continuous stream on the forehead in a prescribed manner. This treatment is highly effective for insomnia, chronic headaches like migraine, neuropathic headaches, ear, nose and throat disorders. Alleviates fatigue, lack of vitality and improves memory and restores equilibrium.
Sirovasti : Cidade de goa have a Special technique to administer medicated oil to the head region. A suitable warm medicated oil is chosen and applied to the head region and then a leather cap is fixed over the head of the individual. It is exceptionally effective in ENT disorders, facial paralysis, spondilitis, insomnia and numerous other disorders. It also improves vision, memory and mental faculties.
Pindasweda (Kizhi) : Navara Kizhi, Elakizhi, etc., is performed for such diseases where pizichil is prescribed. The main purpose of Kizhi is 'Swedana' (fomentation) while that of Pizhichil is 'Shehana' (oleation), highly praised for the treatment of all kinds of rheumatism, arthritis, frozen joints, limb deformities, paralysis, etc., and has been proven to improve the general health of an individual.
Udwathana : A reverse method herbal powder massage. It is suitable for weight loss in overweight and obese individuals.
Nasyam (Errhines) : It is a nasal medication that effectively spreads its potency to the entire head, nourishes the nerves and all the important organs of the head. It is used for the treatment of voice and speech impediments.
*Besides the above mentioned specialties, Panchakarma methods - Vamana,   Virechana,   Sneha Vasti, Kashaya Vasti, Akshi Thatpana, etc., are also offered.
