Dukes Villa is ideally located, walking distance from Panaji & "INOX" the multiplex inaugurated for the IFFI, a stones throw from Goa Marriott Resort (the premium 5 star chain of Marriott Hotels), just 600 meters walk to the famous Miramar beach and within close proximity of a choice of eating places such as Mum's Kitchen, Temptations, U.S. Pizzas etc. Magsons Super Center is just a 5-minute walk where you can shop for all your daily requirements instead of driving to the city. |
Ground Floor (Fully Air-conditioned) |
A large well furnished lounge/dining area attached to a romantic sit-out and veranda are but part of the charm of this graceful three bedroom apartment. Of course cable T.V. is also included. Each bedroom has twin beds, a writing table, a split unit AC and an attached bathroom. From the practical point of view there is a washing machine tucked away in a niche in the passage. The kitchen is fully fitted including a gas cooker, microwave and a large refrigerator. This apartment has ample parking/partying space. |
First & Second Floors |
The upper two floors consist of just one elegant apartment on each floor. Each apartment has two large air-conditioned bedrooms with individual balconies and bathrooms. Each apartment also has a full width hall dining with end to end balconies, over looking open spaces, beyond which lies the mouth of the Mandovi river, entering the Arabian Sea. |

Cidade de Goa, yet another 5 star hotel well known for its beach parties is just a short drive (10 minutes) away. The use of the facilities at the beach and swimming pool, i.e. deck chairs, beach umbrellas, shower point, toilets & washrooms are all available to clients of Dukes Holidays for a mere Rs.250/- per person per day. A large furnished lounge/dining area attached to a romantic sitout and verandah are but part of this graceful apartment. Each bedroom has twin beds, a writing table and attached bathroom. This apartment has ample parking/partying space. Cost of apartment/floor remains the same for 1 to 6 adults.
Entire 1st or 2nd Floor: - FULLY AIR CONDITIONED, each floor comprises of a delightful, sunny two double bedroom apartment with individual balconies and bathrooms. Each apartment has a full width hall dining with end-to-end balconies over- looking open spaces, beyond which lies the mouth of the Mandovi River entering the Arabian Sea. Cost of apartment/floor remains the same for 1 to 4 adults.

DUKES VILLA can accommodate groups of upto a maximum of 27 persons.
