Chef Gyanendra
Chef Gyanendra Gupta's love affair with food begin at the early age of 10, when his mother allowed him to be the part of her kitchen and passed her skill and knowledge to her son. In 1993 he joined The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai, as an aspiring chef. He carried his rich culinary background from Lucknow. At The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai, he had the privilege to delight many celebrities and international dignitaries including royalty and corporate leaders. He later moved to the Caribbean for almost a decade and gained invaluable international exposure while serving European & American guests. He acquired an amazing repertoire from across many international cuisines.
He was an integral part of the team that launched Vivanta by Taj - Panaji, Goa in 2009.
